Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB domains. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure ServiceNow platforms, ensuring alignment with Common Services Data Model (CSDM) standards.
• Design and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, and JWT with external systems like AWS, Azure, and Salesforce.
• Develop and optimize platform scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and Business Rules to enforce performance and scalability.
• Manage update sets, version control, and deployment processes to ensure platform governance and compliance.
• Implement advanced features including Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• 2-3 years in a lead or architect role.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules).
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, and MID Server.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.
• Ability to optimize CMDB structure and maintain platform integrity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Predictive Intelligence.
• Knowledge of Azure and Salesforce integrations.
