Description

You will lead the administration and development of the ServiceNow platform, configuring modules and implementing integrations to expand functionality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Design, script, and implement new applications, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain API-based integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP web services.
• Refine workflows, automate processes, and implement role-based access controls in partnership with IT and business teams.
• Monitor platform performance and manage version upgrades.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, ITSM principles, and ITOM/HRSD concepts.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services for ServiceNow integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using strong analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Experience with ITOM Discovery, Event Management, or Performance Analytics.
