Description

Lead ServiceNow implementations with a focus on Integrated Risk Management modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement ServiceNow IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Risk Management, and Compliance Case Management.
• Execute automation testing using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Provide functional expertise across the ServiceNow platform to support risk and compliance workflows.
• Drive technical delivery within the IRM framework to meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• 3+ years of direct experience with ServiceNow IRM modules.
• Deep functional understanding of Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Risk Management, and Compliance Case Management.
• 5+ years of experience performing automation testing using ServiceNow ATF.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow IRM and related module configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
