Description

You will lead technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident, Knowledge, Configuration, Asset, Change, and Release Management modules.
• Develop complex workflows, custom activities, catalog items, business rules, and UI actions.
• Build and manage integrations using Scripted Web-Services, SOAP, REST, and MID Server setups.
• Design and maintain Service Portal components using AngularJS.
• Manage data integrity through Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps, and Transform Scripts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow JavaScript, ITSM, and ITBM.
• Proficiency in Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow client-side and server-side JavaScript and APIs.
• Experience with CMDB, Asset Management, and Discovery.
• Strong debugging skills and experience with AJAX.
• Ability to handle complex integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
