Description

Lead technical ServiceNow implementations and manage a small team of resources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement out-of-the-box ServiceNow applications and GRC modules.
• Design and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Inbound Email Actions.
• Develop custom functionality using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
• Execute data migrations using transform maps, data sources, and import sets.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications via scripted REST APIs.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of overall professional experience with 7+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and platform administration.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow workflows or Flow Designer.
• 2+ years of experience with scripted REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Access Control Lists (ACL), Scheduled Jobs, and UI Policies.
• Proficiency with Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and Catalog Client Scripts.
• Experience with Email Scripting, Email Templates, and Events.
• Background working within large enterprise Agile teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) or GRC modules.
• Previous experience with USAA ServiceNow environments.
