Description

Lead ServiceNow architecture and technical execution with a focus on Discovery and CMDB management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Horizontal and Cloud Discovery issues as part of business-as-usual operations.
• Create Service Maps for business-critical applications using the Top Down Service Mapping approach.
• Configure and manage Discovery schedules and write custom patterns as required.
• Maintain the CMDB Health Dashboard and oversee CI Health and Hygiene tasks.
• Integrate third-party applications to ingest Asset Data into the CMDB.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow environments.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Proven ability to implement Top Down Service Mapping.
• Experience writing custom Discovery patterns.
• Background in managing Cloud Discovery and Horizontal Discovery.
• Experience with third-party application integrations for asset data.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
