Description

You will lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Now App Engine.

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, building custom applications and integrating with third-party systems like Oracle or SAP. Build and customize workspaces for HRSD, Procurement, ITSM, and ITOM, and create service portals and employee service centres. Apply CSDM models to manage relationships between products, assets, accounts, and consumers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Now App Engine.
• Develop custom applications and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Build and customize workspaces for HRSD, Procurement, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Create service portals and employee service centres.
• Apply CSDM models to manage relationships between products, assets, accounts, and consumers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• 5+ years of experience as a senior developer in HRSD, ITSM, CSM, and custom application development.
• 4+ years of end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
• 2+ years of mandatory ServiceNow UI Builder experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript scripting including Business Rules, Flows, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, and Jelly.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPs.
• Strong knowledge of database design, data modelling, and data dictionary schemas.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in Enterprise Security, Architecture, middleware, and discovery technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Source-to-Pay or Universal Request products.
