Description

Lead ServiceNow development, architecture, and administration for internal operations and client IT services. Own enhancements, integrations, and maintenance of core modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Build and maintain integrations via REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML standards.
• Configure security models, ACLs, and domain separation while managing upgrades and release processes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using debugging tools, import sets, transform maps, and performance analytics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and the ServiceNow scripting environment.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request) and ITIL processes.
• Experience with integration technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Integration Hub.
• Understanding of code versioning, source control, and deployment mechanisms.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve technical debt.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Orchestration and Performance Analytics.
• Familiarity with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.
