Description

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM for Telecom OSS projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow architecture specifically for Telecom OSS domains.
• Own the configuration of CMDB and customization of ServiceNow instances.
• Develop ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, reports, dashboards, business rules, and email notifications.
• Build custom applications on the ServiceNow platform and implement policies, controls, and risk frameworks.
• Monitor system health, usage, and compliance while providing best practice recommendations.

Required Skills

• 9-14 years of experience in Service Management and Service Operation Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly.
• Hands-on experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO integration.
• Expertise with Web Service Integration using SOAP and REST.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and cloud computing.
• Strong understanding of Telecom OSS domain requirements.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundations certification.
