Responsibilities

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Lead technical implementations and platform configurations.
• Oversee the development of ITSM workflows and processes.
• Manage platform technical standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript.
• Proficiency with ITSM modules and frameworks.
• Experience working with HTML and CSS for platform UI customization.
• Strong understanding of XML.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
