Description

You will lead the technical and functional design of ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Architect technical solutions and high-level designs for ServiceNow implementations.
• Design and configure integrations using LDAP, SSO, MID Server, web services, and email.
• Build and architect ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery jobs.
• Develop automation workflows using ServiceNow Integration Hub and spokes.
• Create prototypes for client engagements and identify system deficiencies to recommend solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
• Hands-on experience with Domain Separation setup and configuration.
• Proven track record designing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party or monitoring tools.
• Experience with DevOps tools integration and automation trigger capabilities.
• Deep understanding of workflow engines and technical design requirements.
• Ability to contribute to and enforce coding standards.
