Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery solutions to support legal processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design process workflows using Microsoft Visio for contract management, legal requests, and matter management.
• Integrate legal service delivery with third-party applications.
• Produce project documentation including process documents, functional requirement specifications (FRS), test cases, and training decks.
• Communicate technical information in non-technical language to clients and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal resources and client stakeholders through negotiation and persuasion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in professional environments.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, implementation, or development.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes, including Request Fulfillment, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Proficiency in LSD (Legal Service Delivery).
• Expertise in Excel reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for workflow design.
• Strong documentation skills for FRS and technical process mapping.
• Ability to work with all levels of client and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery certification.
