Description

Lead the development and execution of a next-gen AI and workflow transformation practice.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale ServiceNow, OutSystems, and AI capabilities.
• Define AI-led offerings, including GenAI, automation, and workflow intelligence.
• Partner with sales on pipeline, solutioning, and deal closure.
• Lead client engagements and executive conversations, driving ServiceNow partnership and joint GTM.
• Oversee delivery for quality, scalability, and innovation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in IT services.
• Strong ServiceNow experience.
• Proven experience in practice building and pre-sales.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI, automation, or intelligent workflows.
• Experience with low-code platforms, specifically OutSystems.
• Strong client-facing and revenue ownership mindset.
• Knowledge of GTM strategy.
• Familiarity with Healthcare domain is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience scaling AI capabilities within complex enterprise environments.
