Description

You will own the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring smooth operations and user support.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, and portal experiences.
• Implement and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management.
• Support ITOM processes and related integrations while coordinating with business and IT stakeholders.
• Perform testing, release management, and maintain system documentation and best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and IT service management.
• Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow modules, workflows, and portal development.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes and Service Management principles.
• Experience with Incident, Change, Service Catalog, and Workflow Management.
• Proficiency in testing, release management, and system performance monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
