Description

You will manage and drive the ServiceNow Operations team end-to-end, overseeing technical implementation and program delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ServiceNow development and BAU team, providing technical guidance and delegating tasks to meet objectives.
• Manage program goals, technical implementation plans, scope, backlog, and risk management.
• Deliver quality metrics, progress reports, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Review existing setups to provide best practice recommendations in line with OEM standards.
• Drive organizational change management through technical leadership and stakeholder interaction.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Proficiency in Service Portal design, widget creation, and modification.
• Extensive experience with REST and SOAP integrations, including scripted API creation.
• Experience implementing ITSM plus at least one of ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, or HRSD.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Knowledge of Authentication via OAuth 2.0, certificates, MID Server management, LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO implementation.
• Technical proficiency in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Performance Analytics, and custom application development.

Preferred Skills

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CIS-ITSM. CAD, CIS-Discovery, or CIS-Service Mapping.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
• Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
