Description

Lead the technical direction of large-scale ServiceNow engagements and implement complex enterprise solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and delivery for 6+ large-scale ServiceNow projects.
• Partner with program directors to design and implement complex enterprise solutions.
• Present technical strategies and updates to senior leadership and large audiences.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
• Drive technical decision-making across the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow consulting experience.
• Proven track record as a technical lead on major engagements.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Strong presentation skills for executive and large-group audiences.
