Description

You will lead the technical architecture and domain strategy for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring technical integrity across MC0, CSM, and ITSM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and suggest best practices for modular implementations and customizations.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable developer guidance.
• Provide end-to-end guidance and technical review for ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations.
• Validate requirements to identify and resolve discrepancies before development begins.
• Own the technical integrity of MC0, CSM, and ITSM module deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow MCO, CSM, and ITSM modules.
• Hands-on experience with Platform Configuration Client and Server APIs, including GlideRecord, GlideAggregate, GlideForm, and GlideDialogWindow.
• Proven track record of managing third-party integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• ServiceNow Administration certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in one or more tracks.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Master Architect certification.
