Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows using ServiceNow Now Assist and AI Agents
• Build conversational AI experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent
• Support IRM, GRC, BCM, Privacy, Audit, Risk, and Security Operations functions
• Implement AI governance controls and compliance guardrails
• Build reusable automation components and support SDK/source-controlled development
• Collaborate across Risk, Compliance, Security, and IT teams
• Communicate AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills

• Strong ServiceNow platform engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist, AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows
• Experience supporting IRM, GRC, BCM, Privacy, Audit, Risk, and Security Operations
• ServiceNow configuration and development using platform-native capabilities
• Experience with workflow automation and source-controlled development
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Blend of ServiceNow expertise and enterprise risk management knowledge
• Exposure to Generative AI and Now Assist implementations
