Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to support AI-assisted service workflows and user experiences.
• Assist in designing Now Assist/GenAI use cases, including prompt/response behavior, knowledge grounding, and workflow integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and automation.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities for ServiceNow enhancements and GenAI features.
• Provide solution documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients.

Experience Required:

• 6-12 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
• Experience supporting enterprise workflows and ServiceNow solutions.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scalability and performance considerations.
• Experience with testing and deployment activities for ServiceNow enhancements.
• Good to have experience with GenAI and Now Assist capabilities.
