Description

Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to support AI-assisted service workflows and user experiences.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design Now Assist and GenAI use cases, including prompt/response behavior, knowledge grounding, and workflow integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and automation.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities for ServiceNow enhancements and GenAI features.
• Provide solution documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scalability and performance considerations.
• Experience supporting enterprise workflows and ServiceNow solutions.
• Hands-on experience with testing and deployment activities for ServiceNow enhancements.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and automation.
• Understanding of GenAI and Now Assist capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience designing AI-driven service workflows.
• Background in translating complex business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions.
