You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Telecom technical products within the project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and implement Telecom technical products throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive product definition scope and prioritization to ensure early realization of product value.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to design, develop, test, and release technical products.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow consultants to develop solutions, manage configuration changes, and ensure best practice compliance.
• Manage stakeholder communication and resolve conflicting priorities within large-scale programs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 2+ years of experience in an Architect role specifically for Telecom Order Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow OMT module.
• Technical knowledge of ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and FSM (Field Service Management).
• Experience managing interactions between ServiceNow and BSS/OSS systems.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (or equivalent progressive experience).

Preferred Skills

• Extensive technical design expertise in Telecom Service Delivery and OSS/BSS implementation.
• Experience driving Product and CMDB modelling to support Customer and Service Order management.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
