Description

Manage and develop the ServiceNow platform through end-to-end implementation, customization, and maintenance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow customizations, including core setup, workflows, reporting, data imports, and LDAP integrations.
• Develop advanced customizations using Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and custom tables.
• Manage system upgrades, perform performance tuning, and resolve incidents, problems, and bugs.
• Write functional requirements for system implementations and create system test scripts.
• Perform quality reviews, log analysis, and API error analysis to ensure system stability and documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience with at least 4 years in ServiceNow platform Administration and Development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL.
• Experience with REST APIs and LDAP integrations.
• Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and SLA management within ITIL modules.
• Knowledge of ACL, group/user management, and update set management.
• Experience with data mapping and bulk data imports/updates.
• Ability to perform workflow analysis and log analysis.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Admin or Implementation Certification.
• Hands-on experience with XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.
