Description

You will administer and support the ServiceNow platform, configuring modules and maintaining core ITSM processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and Service Portal.
• Gather requirements, configure, integrate, and test new features and customizations.
• Collaborate with users to build and modify process workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain technical and process documentation.
• Drive continual improvement by staying current with new ServiceNow features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Administrator functions.
• Experience with SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with CMDB.
• Knowledge of MS 365 Services.
• Experience with .NET.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years total working experience in IT administration or engineering.
• Any Graduate degree.
