You will maintain the health, security, and currency of the ServiceNow platform for a large global client.
Responsibilities
- Monitor platform performance and ensure operational stability.
- Coordinate and execute platform upgrades and patching cycles.
- Resolve incidents and requests, applying problem-solving techniques to address complex issues.
- Track and update active cases, adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain detailed documentation, records, and operational playbooks.
Required Skills
- 2-5 years of work-related experience in ServiceNow Managed Services.
- Basic technical skills and broad understanding of ServiceNow domain areas.
- General understanding of ServiceNow practices, principles, and platform administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
