Description

You will maintain the health, security, and currency of the ServiceNow platform for a large global client.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor platform performance and ensure operational stability.
  • Coordinate and execute platform upgrades and patching cycles.
  • Resolve incidents and requests, applying problem-solving techniques to address complex issues.
  • Track and update active cases, adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain detailed documentation, records, and operational playbooks.

Required Skills

  • 2-5 years of work-related experience in ServiceNow Managed Services.
  • Basic technical skills and broad understanding of ServiceNow domain areas.
  • General understanding of ServiceNow practices, principles, and platform administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
