Description

You will design and govern the ServiceNow platform architecture across core modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and review ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Define platform architecture and technical guidelines for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and Custom Applications.
• Support platform standardization to minimize unnecessary customizations.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and performance concerns.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience supporting end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade and release management.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and basic UI Builder.
• Experience integrating systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Proficiency in core modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ITIL concepts.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery models.
• Bachelor's degree.
