Role Overview
Seeking experienced ServiceNow Platform Architects to design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow architectures, translate business objectives into platform strategies, and provide architectural guidance, governance, and AI adoption expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow platform architectures and make sound architectural decisions aligned with business objectives.

Architectural Advisory & Roadmapping: Translate business objectives into platform strategies, define and maintain ServiceNow platform/product roadmaps, sequence workflow adoption, and conduct solution design reviews.

Platform Health & Governance: Establish technical governance frameworks and advise on platform health, maintainability, performance, security, technical debt, and upgradeability.

Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Identify, assess, and track architectural, technical, and platform health risks; develop scalable resolution and mitigation approaches.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships from technical teams to C-suite, facilitate architectural reviews, executive discussions, and workshops, and influence outcomes through strong communication and credibility.

Technical & Product Expertise: Demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities and maintain deep expertise in core areas while having broad knowledge across the platform.

AI Strategy: Guide customers in adopting ServiceNow AI capabilities, including aligning AI solutions with organizational AI strategies and business outcomes.

Required Skills
Deep ServiceNow Platform knowledge, including CMDB, CSDM, application development, integrations, security model, and instance lifecycle management.

Solution design, governance frameworks, technical debt remediation, and enterprise architecture concepts such as TOGAF.

ITSM expertise is mandatory.

Expertise in at least one additional ServiceNow workflow area: ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps.

Strong business and industry acumen, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications
Required:

Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – at least one)

Expected:

ArchX – Advanced Architecture

Certified Technical Architect (CTA – in pursuit or completed)
