Description

You will act as a trusted architectural advisor to customers, ensuring they realize the full value of their ServiceNow investment through expert guidance rather than direct implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer business objectives into a coherent platform strategy and roadmap.
• Lead technical governance discussions to prevent platform health degradation and advise on remediation plans.
• Proactively identify, track, and assess risks across architectural and technical dimensions.
• Facilitate architectural reviews, executive conversations, and workshops with stakeholders.
• Guide customers in defining platform roadmaps and sequencing workflow adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture or platform advisory roles.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow core platform, including CMDB, CSDM, and instance lifecycle management.
• Must have deep expertise in ITSM.
• Expertise in at least one other ServiceNow workflow area (e.g., ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps).
• Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, specifically TOGAF.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills for C-suite engagement.

Preferred Skills

• ArchX - Advanced Architecture certification.
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) in pursuit or completed.
• AI Certifications: Now Assist Essentials, Now Assist Executive Micro-Certification, Agentic AI Executive Micro-Certification.
