Description

Architect and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including CSM and FSM, while leading technical strategy and platform optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations, defining vision and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Oversee customization, configuration, and upgrades of ServiceNow modules ensuring scalability and best practices.
• Architect integrations with third-party systems (LDAP, AD, SAP, custom APIs) and CMDB tools.
• Establish governance processes for security, compliance, data integrity, and access control.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on coding standards and automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• Must-have hands-on implementation experience in CSM and FSM.
• Expertise in custom module implementations, workflow administration, and UI/form configurations.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, Perl, WMI, SSH, Xpath, and SNMP.
• Experience with Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules.
• Ability to design integrations with enterprise monitoring systems and CMDB tools.
• Proven track record in process automation, performance optimization, and system upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced ServiceNow reporting and data import strategies.
• Strong documentation skills for architecture diagrams, workflows, and implementation guides.
