Responsibilities
Deliver technical architecture designs and integration services aligned with enterprise standards and product roadmaps.
Create solution designs by collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders to meet user needs.
Identify, capture, and implement ServiceNow architecture patterns while driving the resolution of technical debt.
Scope and document requirements, providing tailored presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders.
Support delivery teams by blending technical development with architectural oversight.
Required Skills
12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow or Enterprise architecture.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
Expertise in client-side and server-side scripting, including UI policies, Data policies, Business rules, Script includes, Script actions, and UI actions.
Experience configuring Flow Designer, decision tables, and workflows.
Deep understanding of REST and SOAP-based integrations.
Competency with Transform maps, Import sets, and Data sources.
Proven ability to connect ServiceNow to the broader IT landscape through cross-technology integration.
Ability to assess service management landscapes and offer architectural improvements.
Preferred Skills
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) credentials.
