You will define and implement ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, and technical standards for enterprise-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement platform architecture, governance, and technical standards for enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments.
• Monitor and improve instance health through performance tuning, scalability assessments, and maintainability reviews.
• Design and review secure integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Lead upgrade, patch management, and release planning while minimizing business disruption and ensuring security compliance.
• Conduct platform health assessments and recommend optimization strategies to reduce risk and improve operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of relevant IT experience with deep ServiceNow platform expertise.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design with hands-on implementation.
• Strong background in instance health monitoring, performance tuning, and governance.
• Expertise in integration design using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP web services, and MID Server.
• Knowledge of security and authentication for integrations (OAuth, SAML, JWT, SSL/TLS) and API security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Data Integration experience.
• Cloud Integration experience.
