Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, serving as the technical authority.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design scalable solutions across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and CMDB.
• Establish the CMDB data model, CI class strategy, and identification/reconciliation rules.
• Lead implementations for ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in relevant architecture or engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management (AIOps), and CMDB.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), and MID Server architecture.
• Proficiency in scripting using JavaScript (ServiceNow) and Glide APIs.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and security protocols (OAuth, certificates).
• Experience with REST, APIs, and SOAP integration methods.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls).
• ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Specialist certification.
