Description

Own the enterprise ServiceNow platform architecture, strategy, and delivery across ITSM, ITAM, CSM, and CMDB modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern the CMDB aligned to CSDM, including CI models, normalization, and data governance.
• Lead custom development for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps capabilities.
• Design and manage integrations using Integration Hub, APIs, and event-based patterns.
• Execute end-to-end delivery from technical design through production deployment, ensuring scalability and security.
• Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, CSM, and CMDB implementations.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow data architecture, CI modeling, and service mapping.
• Advanced ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript skills.
• Proven experience with Discovery, MID Server design, and automation.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing vendors or contractors.
• Background in large-scale enterprise transformations.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD; CTA preferred).
• Experience with AIOps and AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities.
