Description

You will design, architect, and implement scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement custom ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Design and execute integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems to ensure data interoperability.
• Lead development teams by providing technical guidance on architectural standards and coding guidelines.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Maintain governance and compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow or Enterprise architecture.
• Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, specifically ITSM, ITAM, CSM, CMDB, and PPM modules.
• Proficiency with XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Proven ability to design complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
• At least two mainline valid ServiceNow Certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to HRSD, IRM, FSM, and TSOM modules.
