Description

Design and lead the architecture of complex ServiceNow environments. Align IT systems with organizational business processes. Manage development, validation, and deployment plans. Lead implementation projects involving multiple environments and three or more external interfaces. Direct technical strategy for public or private sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the architecture of complex ServiceNow environments.
• Align IT systems with organizational business processes.
• Manage overall development, validation, and deployment plans.
• Lead implementation projects involving multiple environments and three or more external interfaces.
• Direct technical strategy for public or private sector projects.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience aligning IT systems with business processes.
• At least 5 years of experience in a lead capacity.
• 5 years of full-time experience implementing projects with multiple environments and 3+ external interfaces.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM).
• Proven experience completing at least two full implementation projects using ServiceNow PSDS or CSM.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
