Design and lead the architecture of complex ServiceNow environments while aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the architecture of complex ServiceNow environments.
• Align IT systems with organizational business processes to ensure technical strategy supports public or private sector goals.
• Manage overall development, validation, and deployment plans for implementation projects.
• Lead implementation projects involving multiple environments and three or more external interfaces.
• Direct technical strategy for complex projects requiring cross-functional coordination.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience aligning IT systems with business processes.
• At least 5 years of experience in a lead capacity.
• 5 years of full-time experience implementing projects with multiple environments and 3+ external interfaces.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM).
• Proven experience completing at least two full implementation projects using ServiceNow PSDS or CSM.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience directing technical strategy for public or private sector projects.
