Description

Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, from discovery through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical blueprints, ensuring governance, security, and performance standards.
• Architect greenfield workflow automation solutions and data models for large-scale enterprise projects.
• Design integrations using Integration Hub and optimize data flows for Concept to Market processes.
• Implement AI-driven enhancements using Now Assist for generative AI and virtual agents.
• Lead technical design reviews and workshops for stakeholders, including senior executives and IT teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, App Engine, and Flow Designer.
• Proven track record in designing complex enterprise integrations and automation solutions.
• Experience with AI/ML capabilities, specifically the Now Assist suite.
• Familiarity with UI Builder and modern user experience design principles.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Developer required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Additional certifications such as Implementation Specialist or Now Assist.
• Experience with AI Agent Studio and Yokohama release enhancements.
