Description

You will own the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and Out-of-the-Box capabilities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and review ServiceNow solutions across core modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
• Define platform architecture and technical guidelines, providing design guidance for custom applications and standard modules.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and performance concerns, supporting upgrades and release activities.
• Support platform standardization by reducing unnecessary customizations and leveraging OOTB capabilities.
• Review configurations, scripts, flows, and integrations to ensure quality and consistency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Expert knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC modules.
• Proficiency in designing and supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience designing and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) structure and CI relationships.
• Ability to translate business goals into an architectural roadmap.
• Experience with Custom Applications development and deployment.
• Any Graduate degree.
