Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and implement ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, and technical standards for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Monitor and improve ServiceNow instance health, including performance tuning, scalability, and maintainability.
• Conduct platform health assessments and recommend optimization strategies to reduce risk and improve operational excellence.
• Design and review secure integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Lead upgrade, patch management, and release planning while minimizing business disruption and ensuring compliance with security best practices.

Skills Required:

• 10-12 years of relevant IT experience with deep ServiceNow platform expertise.
• ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design with significant hands-on experience.
• Instance health monitoring, performance tuning, and governance for stable enterprise operations.
• Integration design using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP web services, and MID Server.
• Security and authentication for integrations and data protection (OAuth, SAML, JWT, SSL/TLS) and API security best practices.

Good to Have:

• Data Integration experience.
• Cloud Integration experience.

Education: B.Tech / B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) / M.Sc. / B.Sc. in relevant branches (Advance Computing, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Industrial Drives, or related)
