Description

You will handle the release management and platform operations for the ServiceNow HCSM landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage release and patch cycles for the ServiceNow Landscape.
• Handle daily and bi-weekly deployments across the ServiceNow HCSM landscape.
• Execute weekend deployments during Go-Lives and standard release cycles.
• Perform and support ServiceNow HCSM landscape cloning and upgrades.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to deliver customer-focused software.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow Administration.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform development including CSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Proficiency in Agile software development principles.
• Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience in application delivery processes and key metrics.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Administration tasks (cloning, deployments, upgrades).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
