Description

You will develop, configure, and administer ServiceNow solutions, managing instances and ensuring architectural best practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ServiceNow out-of-the-box solutions.
• Create custom catalog items and automate workflows within the service catalog.
• Develop custom UI pages, reports, dashboards, and manage UI views.
• Integrate third-party and web services using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Administer ServiceNow instances, including groups, Script Includes, business rules, and ACLs.

Required Skills

• 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Extensive scripting experience within ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in web technologies: JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of Service Management and ITIL framework.
• Expertise in defining technical configuration, design, and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to build solutions adhering to architectural best practice principles.
