You will build, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow platform solutions, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow solutions including client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
• Write and optimize JavaScript code following platform best practices.
• Support and enhance ServiceNow modules in collaboration with technical teams.
• Ensure alignment of platform development with project goals and performance standards.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting and platform development.
• Proficient in JavaScript programming.
• Experience working with Web Services and APIs.
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Demonstrated experience in implementation-focused development.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification (CAD preferred).
• Experience with Service Portal or custom module development.
