You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow platform solutions, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript and scripting best practices.
• Build and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
• Support and optimize ServiceNow modules in collaboration with technical teams.
• Ensure solution alignment with business goals through rigorous testing and optimization.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript programming.
• Proficiency with APIs and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM processes.
• Must be an implementation profile; implementation-only profiles are excluded.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification (CAD preferred).
• Experience with custom module development or Service Portal.
