Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on virtual agent functionality and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ServiceNow solutions, specifically custom workflows, forms, and business rules.
• Develop virtual agents by creating conversational flows and implementing natural language understanding (NLU).
• Own incident management processes to ensure timely resolution and reporting.
• Collaborate with in-house teams through face-to-face meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Scripting.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow instance structure, database schema, and mid-server architecture.
• Extensive experience in virtual agent development and conversational flows.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and IT operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party system integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
