Description

Manage ServiceNow platform stability, operational support, and configuration releases for production and non-production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2 operational support for ServiceNow production applications and coordinate with operations resources for issue resolution.
• Facilitate configuration delivery, publish operational runbooks, and ensure warm handoffs for high and critical issues.
• Partner with engineering teams to support release activities, including migration of update sets and configurations across environments.
• Support environment management tasks such as instance cloning, data migration, and configuration maintenance.
• Test ServiceNow configurations and developments to ensure system stability and maintain comprehensive SDLC documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow support or administration resource.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Flows, sub-flows, and Flow Actions.
• Experience with Instance Observer and advanced administration expertise.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.
• Proficiency in SDLC, system integration, testing, and solution architecture.
• Experience with data engineering and software development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAS) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and data visualization.
