Description

You own the end-to-end administration, governance, and health of the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee platform administration, governance, and overall health.
• Set up and manage the Security Center module.
• Optimize licenses by managing allocation, reclamation, approvals, and usage reporting.
• Monitor security, implementing necessary patches and upgrades.
• Analyze the platform, generate insights, and support audits while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years in ServiceNow in a platform ownership, Tech Lead, or senior consultant role.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM modules.
• Mandatory CSA certification.
• Experience with license optimization, security monitoring, and platform activities like cloning and upgrades.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Must be an immediate joiner or have a maximum 20 days notice period.
