Description

You own the end-to-end technical governance of the ServiceNow platform, bridging the Steady-State (Run) team and the Center of Excellence (COE) for transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Govern the ServiceNow platform technically across all operational and transformation activities.
• Align Steady-State and COE efforts to drive platform best practices.
• Lead platform transformation and identify new Enhancement, Expansion, or New opportunities.
• Manage priority escalations and align platform capabilities with business requirements.
• Ensure platform scalability, stability, and continuous innovation through architectural oversight.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of ITSM / Enterprise Platform experience, including 8+ years on ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience utilizing Performance Analytics / Platform Analytics.
• Implementing integrations using REST and MID Server with third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture and security controls.
• Experience managing upgrade and release cycles.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
