Description

You will bridge ServiceNow platform and SRE teams, maintaining distributed infrastructure and ensuring platform reliability. You will own the release pipeline, automate infrastructure, and troubleshoot production incidents to meet SLA/SLO objectives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ServiceNow distributed infrastructure, including MID Servers, Client Agents, and API integrations.
• Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and infrastructure provisioning.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized Java applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Manage application secrets and credentials using HashiCorp Vault and enforce security best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Linux Administration, and AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management with Puppet.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, specifically GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems, networking, and deployment issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Platform infrastructure, IntegrationHub, and Client Agents.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go for automation scripts.
• Familiarity with Elastic Stack and Splunk for log management and observability.
