Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, owning backend APIs, data structures, and integrations for content delivery and search.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend integrations and data structures for content delivery and search.
• Develop features using JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes in system components.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with distributed teams within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of total experience in software or platform development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Expertise in Glide Scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Experience designing data structures and backend integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.

• Any Graduate degree.
