Description

You will develop and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Develop solutions using core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB).
• Design and implement customizations using ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including development and architecture.
• 5+ years in a senior technical role managing projects.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and customizations.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and Collaboration Support processes.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
