Description

You will develop and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leading large-scale implementations and upgrades.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations and platform upgrades.
• Design and implement customizations using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and third-party applications via REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
• Develop solutions using core modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including development and architecture.
• 5+ years in a senior technical role managing projects.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
• Strong working knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and customizations.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
